Your name, phone number, delivery address and pin, what you ordered and how you paid. We use them to cook and deliver your order, to reach you about it, and for the tax invoice. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

• Infobip — the WhatsApp messages about your order and the verification code.
• Anthropic — the replies in the Nabih chat, below.

The menu's chat, when it is open, is answered by Nabih, an AI assistant whose replies are written by Anthropic's Claude. It receives what you type there and the parts of the menu it looks up and, if you verified your phone with us, your name, the names and areas of your saved addresses and your last orders — never your card. The conversation is kept for 90 days, to take your order and to check the assistant's work, then deleted; only its length and its cost stay. What it puts in your basket is yours to change, and nothing is ordered until you confirm at checkout.

We do not tell Meta, or any other advertising platform, about your visit or your order.

Your basket and your language stay in your browser; a sign-in cookie, if you verify your phone. If you use the chat: shop_ai, which names your conversation, for a day after your last message.

Orders and their tax invoices are kept for the five years UAE law requires. Chat conversations are deleted after 90 days.
